IOP Kobe

Inside Out Project KOBE ~WATERFRONT AREA~ will be held in the Meriken Park area from August 15 (Mon.), inviting portraits from approximately 2,500 Kobe locals. Anyone can join the project by having their portrait taken in the photo booth specially created for this project.

We invite the people who live, work, and visit Kobe to participate in this event with the aim of communicating to the world the allure of Kobe, a vibrant port city about to be transformed through redevelopment.

  • メリケンパーク内施設の壁面（11時~19時）
  • 神戸ハーバーランドのモザイクから望める広場（11時~19時）
