This Inside Out initiative aims to create a portrait of America that highlights both our diversity and our unity. These portraits remind us that behind the policies are real people with real stories that include all Americans -- citizens, immigrants, and indigenous.

During this project, the Inside Out Project’s Photobooth Trucks tour will stop in 16 cities across 7 states, where people can add their faces to a portrait of America.

In April 2013, Inside Out hosted a photobooth truck in Times Square, in the heart of advertising, everyone could paste their own faces on the floor. As part of a city-wide action, the truck made early visits to neighborhoods affected by Hurricane Sandy: the Staten Island waterfront, the Rockaways, Red Hook, and The Bronx.

In order to participate in the Inside Out Project by having your picture taken you'll have to sign a release form allowing us to use your picture.

You can do so by following this link: release.insideoutproject.net.

If you already signed your release form online, you'll receive a copy of the document in your email - along with a username / password combination that you can use on any Inside Out Project Photobooth activation.

Your release form is also linked to the QR code you received on your email. Next time you visit an Inside Out photobooth all you need to do is show this QR code inside the photobooth and take your picture! Super easy!!
